LEAD TIMES

In Stock Items
Canoes listed as ‘In Stock’ are available at our UK warehouse and will be delivered to your selected Test Centre normally within 1-3 weeks of Order Confirmation.

Special Order Items
If the canoe you wish to purchase is listed as a 'Special Order' item, please be aware that these are produced to order in Canada and will normally be delivered to your selected Test Centre up to 12 weeks after the closing date for orders on that particular container. A countdown to each container closing date is displayed on the canoes page of Esquif.uk website. Please note, from time to time we may close orders early as and when the current container is filled.

If there’s one thing we can say with confidence though, it’s that an Esquif canoe is worth waiting for!

Placing an Order

Once you’ve added the canoes you’d like to order to your basket, click either of the green, ‘Proceed to Checkout’ buttons featured in the basket preview which appears on the right hand side of the page; alternatively, you can access the checkout page by clicking the basket icon in the top right of the page.

On the secure checkout page, enter your email and billing addresses, choose the EsquifUK Test Centre you’d like your order to be delivered to from the drop down menu, and then enter your payment card information; please be sure to double check the contact information entered for accuracy before clicking the ‘Confirm Your Order’ button, as this will be used to deliver an Order Confirmation email, as well as to update you on your order’s progress. Transactions made via Esquif.uk are processed securely by our Payment Gateway Partners using the most up to date security standards and technology, and at no point will your payment details be accessible by us.

Upon completion of payment, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during the checkout process; please check this email carefully for accuracy and notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible by calling 01928 716666 or sending an email to sales@esquif.uk.

Order Collection

As soon as your order has arrived with your chosen EsquifUK Test Centre and is ready for collection, your test centre will notify you by email; when collecting your canoe(s), it is important that you check for any damage which may have occurred during transit, as neither EsquifUK, nor our Test Centres are able to accept responsibility for any such damage notified after collection.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any point prior to collection from your selected EsquifUK Test Centre by emailing sales@esquif.uk or calling us on 01928 716666, however any such cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Returning an Unwanted Item

If within 14 days of collection you wish to return your order for any reason, you are welcome to do so providing the items are in an unused and unmarked condition; to initiate a Return, please email sales@esquif.uk with a copy of your Order Confirmation and the reason for return. Please note that in this instance, you would be liable for any transport costs incurred in returning your order to the Test Centre from which it was originally collected.

Making a Warranty Claim

In the rare circumstance where a warranty claim is necessary, please email sales@esquif.uk in the first instance, detailing the nature of the claim, the circumstances in which the fault became evident, and providing supporting evidence including a copy of the Order Confirmation and clear photos of the fault as well as of the whole canoe.
